A complex thrown and hand- built rugged decorative vase. The lower third has been thrown and then the top two sections have been constructed using a variety of hand building methods.  A maker's stamp ROBIN WELCH has been pressed into the clay underneath the base with an addition of 85 (date of manufacture).
