An eight sided faceted lidded porcelain jar. An olive green glaze has been applied beneath a white/blue glaze and they have reacted together in the firing to create a smooth textured gloss finish. Small additions of a copper red glaze have also been added. The interior has a light blue Chun glaze. A maker's mark near the base has been partially obscured by the thickness of the glaze.
