A very early stoneware bowl carrying the SP Stoneshill Pottery stamp underneath.  It is brush decorated on the one side with an iron bearing pigment running around the widest part of the bowl.

It is sweet little gem of a piece and dates to c mid 1960s. We currently have two other pieces that match in stock. They look good as a set of three but we do not mind selling them individually. Other pieces made by John are often in stock or storage but do not necessarily feature on our web-site. Please contact the gallery for further details. Postage is FREE within the UK only. Will you kindly contact us direct if the piece is required for any other destination.
