A boat with five figures and a baby in arms. This piece was purchased directly from John and has been in storage for the last few years. The boat is decorated with incised linear marks with sprigged and impressed motifs. The figures are decorated using a warm brown slip which contrasts against the dark grey of the boat. The piece is signed 'John MALTBY' underneath the MDF base and there is also a sprigged personal mark 'M' positioned on the deck of the boat. Postage is FREE within the UK only.
