A semi-translucent stoneware bowl. This piece has been decorated with  light cobalt brushed decoration with highlights of Tenmoku and burnished gold. A maker's mark DC  is impressed on the outside edge of the footring. It also includes his own date mark for the year 1988. Derek has examples of his work housed in the V & A Collection, London.
