Anne Butler
Anne Butler trained in ceramics at the University of Ulster and then went on to study at University of Wales, Cardiff. She now works from her studio in Northern Ireland.
Her working method is intrinsically connected to the endless experimentation with Parian Porcelain. She uses a range of techniques which include casting, hand-building and cyanotype print. Some pieces are multi-fired to achieve her desired surfaces.
