A stoneware hand built slab vessel. This piece has a textured surface which is built up in various layers with a variety of different coloured slips and underglazes.  There is a gold leaf  'V' on the front of the piece and a pyramid on the reverse.  A makers mark (P.Evans) is sprigged underneath the base.
