A Cycladic form made by joining two thrown and altered pieces.  It is decorated with his characteristic silcon carbide stoneware glaze which achieves  a wonderful textured surface. A dark manganese/iron oxide matt slip has been applied to the interior.The vessel is stamped with the makers seal underneath which is also surrounded with a carved geometric design.
